To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email us within seven days of receiving your order at email@example.com and let us know about the damage. Next, please return the damaged item by mail. Once we receive the merchandise, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.
Merchandise with apparent signs of use and packaging opened and not in its original condition. Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. A credit will automatically apply to your credit card or original payment method within seven days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We generally ship our orders within three business days. Standard shipping time within the U.S. is 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Items sold as “pre-orders” will ship on the date stated in the product description.
We will send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Depending on an order’s contents, orders may send in multiple shipments.
